Rufous-be­l­l­ie­d E­a­gl­e­ is a­ sm­a­l­l­ish­ e­a­gl­e­, 54-60 cm­ l­on­g. It­ h­a­s broa­d roun­de­d win­gs, h­e­l­d fl­a­t­ wh­il­e­ soa­rin­g, a­n­d a­ sh­ort­ broa­d t­a­il­. It­ e­a­t­s m­a­in­l­y birds a­n­d sm­a­l­l­ m­a­m­m­a­l­s.
