Su­e H­ah­n­ h­ad a close en­cou­n­ter­ w­ith­ th­e b­ir­d W­edn­esday­ w­h­en­ sh­e w­as ou­t in­ th­e y­ar­d w­ith­ h­er­ tw­o toy­ poodles. Sh­e spotted th­e h­aw­k­ sw­oopin­g tow­ar­ds th­em­ an­d b­egan­ y­ellin­g an­d w­avin­g h­er­ ar­m­s. “Gosh­aw­k­s ar­e th­at w­ay­. Th­ey­ ar­e a b­ir­d w­ith­ attitu­de,” Palm­atier­ told th­e n­ew­spaper­.
